BUSINESS ARRANGEMENTS

• My fee is £4.00 per hour. This includes all meals. This does not include nappies or formula milk.
  
  
• Payment required on a monthly basis by BACS payment one month in advance. In order to secure a place for your son/daughter I would require a deposit of £50.00 for part time place and £100.00 for full time place.. This is of course refundable if your child should leave my childcare provision. Invoices and receipts will be issued for all monies.
  
  
• I work on the basis of a four week settling in period. I will require payment for this period but I do not require any notice if you should choose to no longer use my services. After this time four weeks notice will be required.
  
  
• My hours of work are between 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.
  
  
• I take two weeks paid holiday per year and I will try and give at least four weeks notice of my intention to take holidays. As you can appreciate modern day childminding requires skill and dedication to deliver and in contrast it is a low paid career therefore most parents agree that paid holidays are well deserved for the service provided. Like all childcare establishments I do not offer refunds for a child’s holidays or absence through illness. I do not work Bank Holidays so I will refund these accordingly.
  
  
• I have full Public Liability Insurance.
  
  
• I will draw up a contract as agreed with parents, setting out all of the terms and conditions of the childcare arrangements.
  
  
• I must adhere to all policies and procedures as set out by Ofsted. These are available for your perusal. Please let me know if you would like to receive copies before a potential visit.
